​Refund Policy

At Onix Painting, we take pride in delivering high-quality painting services for both residential and commercial clients. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

Refund Policy - the basics

1. Deposits

  • A deposit may be required to schedule and secure your project.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Onix Painting cancels the job for any reason.

  • In cases of rescheduling with sufficient notice (at least 48 hours), your deposit may be applied to the new date.

 

2. Cancellations

  • Clients who cancel a project with at least 48 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred (e.g. materials).

  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may result in forfeiture of the deposit and additional charges if expenses have already been incurred.

 

3. In-Progress Work

  • Once work has begun, partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, and at the sole discretion of Onix Painting.

  • Any refund granted will be calculated based on:

    • Work completed up to the date of cancellation

    • Labor and materials already used

    • Administrative or mobilization costs

 

4. Completed Work

  • If you are unsatisfied with the final result, please notify us within 7 days of job completion.

  • We will inspect the work and may offer touch-ups or corrections free of charge if the issue is determined to be the result of a workmanship error.

  • Refunds are generally not issued for completed services, unless Onix Painting is unable to correct a confirmed issue within a reasonable time.

 

5. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Client dissatisfaction based on color selection (unless due to our error)

  • Damage caused by external factors after job completion (e.g., weather, third-party contractors, structural issues)

  • Normal wear and tear or fading over time

  • Issues not reported within 7 days of completion

 

6. Dispute Resolution

7. Policy Updates
